Android Smart Phone ...

Nowadays lots of smart phone has been introduced in the market. The famous one is blackberry which is the first has been introduced in Malaysia as a smart phone (if im not mistaken). Blackberry phone has quite long product lines ex: Bold 9000, 8520, curve and curve 3g the latest. Blackberry has attracted lots of user to switch to these various products lines of blackberry and other smart phones too.






My interest is not blackberry but HTC with android application on it. Android had amazed me so much since i read about it..From Android 2.1 tablet pc to HTC android smart phone. HTC also has quite a few of smart phone with Android.

Example ; HTC Hero, HTC Aria, HTC Legend, HTC Magic n etc. Based from the forum, people who are using android smart phone satisfied while using its applications and claims that android "processor" is much more smoother and faster than other products.

Ipad dah jatuh merundum apabila android market tercipta..
Android tablet pc yg dicipta oleh google skarang dah ada sampai ker version 2.2 kalau x silap..
and LG skarang ni tgh berbincang dgn google untuk mengupgrade android tablet pc to 3.0..
well slow down LG! belum ramai lagi org aware pasal Ipad which Apple punya product apatah lagi android google's product..

Dalam malaysia ni mungkin agak susah nak cari android tablet pc yg 10inch android 2.2 dgn harga yg berpatutan...mcm mana pun tablet pc jenis android ni boleh dikatakan laju kalau nak dibandingkan dgn OS WinCe (windows). So benda baru mesti harga pun mahal kan...Tablet pc ni menyenangkan lagi kita sebab its light and easy to bring to anywhere..u can bring it like u have ur phone with u everyday...

but if u wanted to buy a tablet pc, makesure it has 3g and can plug in broadband. because some of them is not design for broadband..means u have to find place that got wifi if u want to surf internet..Whatever it is, dont get cheated by the seller, they might install windows processor instead of android...me oso need to learn sumore about this..

of ya..surprisingly...china set already got android tablet pc and it is cheap...RM500 per tablet. thats real cheap..but the functions...we never know..hjuhuhuh...so better buy one thats can give u 100% satisfaction while using it..hehehehe....

the nottiest cat of mine got pregnant 1 and half week ago..!!
we didnt realized it at first as she always wandering and never be at home when we wanted her to be..Last week, when i came back from work i saw her laying on the path in front of our home...
from far she looks so slim just like how she looks always..when i go nearer..nahh..!!whats that?very the buncit...i tot she was ill or sumthing..i hold her and guess what..?she's so heavy..look at her stomach...fuh! big dowh..confirm she's pregnant...huhuu..we are so happy..

non performing loan..

im currently doing my research paper titled Factors causing non performing loan in Malaysia's Banking System..

So far i've found out several factors but i dont know whether it is the rite one for my title..mmm...my varibles that i've chosen is interest rate, loan disbursement and consumer price index..is it related?

From my own opinion,i think that interest rate can make a loan to become a non performing loan or even worsen,default loan. If the borrower apply a conventional loan with conventional banks who practising a market based interest rate, the borrower might delaying his or her payment due to the fluctuations of interest rate.
This is due to the economy condition. Moreover, there is also a probabily of increasing in consumer prices due to inflation. When the consumer prices increased,the expenses will increases as well and people will not want to save as their disposable income has shrinked due to greater expenses. This will cause a borrower to delay their payment or even not making any payment at all because of the insufficient money.

While for loan disbursement,if the amount of loan being disburse is big, the probability of npl might be greater. Eventhough loan is major income for banks, but loan also give a high risk to the banks. Every banks will a risks as soon as they disburse the loan. What happen is the borrower did not make a repayment of their loan?banks will suffer losses and this will also might lead to bank run, where banks unable to cover the unexpected withdrawals from their customer. It explained that the banks liquidity has declined.
