While blog walking..terjumpa DIY bunga tisu..sangat cantik..terpukau pula dengan bunga tisu and bunga kertas ni....simple jer tp niceee....so tgk ramai btol bakal pengantin buat bunga ni utk bunga hantaran, bunga pahar and doorgift..ehm mcm interested jer..sebab kata mereka cost nye mmg rendah...best juga ni..murah and cantik..sebab kalau pegi tgk kt kedai sume mmg x tertarik di hati,...tgk ni mmg mcm cinta pandang pertama la..biasa la perempuan kan..pantang nampak bende2 sweet and comel2 ni..so i try la buat satu kt opis...guess what? x sampai 3minit dh siap satu bunga..senang btolll...xsangka...cara2 dia u guys leh cari kt sini

getting fatter and fatter..

Syukur alhamdullilah dgn kesenangan yg ada pada diri ini...tp lately ni asyik makan je...adeh...berat naik2 dh bape kilos dh ni..resah resah...x lama lagi nak gi fitting baju tp badan gempal bebenornye ni haa...

Time to stop eating junk food, no no to kfc and mcd...no oily food and no nasi satu pinggan..nasi mesti di order dlm kadar separuh atau suku sahaja..only fruits at night..and oh yeah dont forget your jamu..so that all fats can be thrown away from ur fat fat bodylicous yg x licious lgsg tuu...

I think i should join gym balik la...i can see the differences time join gym and now..really im so not fit and tired all the time...i need to get sweat...gym kt opis plak x menyelerakan..xkan nak gymbet ari jumaat jer..so x cukup..kalau hari lain campur2 laki pompuan...mmg x la...adeh mana eh patut aku join..mcm nak try celebrity fitness...tp dh nak bulan pose dh ni..rugi plak kalau join sebelum bulan pose sebab x pegi langsung kan time bulan pose...

what should i do? i hope that jamu will help me at least to not gaining more weight...control the food consumption..hahahha...mau kena jahit ni mulut tau....mlm2 kene nari2 skit la dlm rumah...clubbing sorang2..hahha..at least leh la berpeluh sikit..and kalau dpt balik awal dr ofis leh la gi jogging jap kan sebab weekends ada class..so mmg x de free time langsung utk jog..oh ya cream celebrity choice tu agak berkesan..satu hari tahan..lagi2 kalau berpeluh, trus start rasa panas kt tmpt kita sapu cream tu...nak kene beli balik satu set (body scrub inch-loss, cream inch-loss and cellulite treatment) you can see the result in 28 days..amazing rite...satu set tu baru RM70...heheh promote la plak kan..just helping..itu jer...

kalau aku ikut cara org pantang pun bagus juga..tp persoalannya - "mampukah?" jawapannya - mcm xx  jeeeee.... harapan la...nak kene cari pa jaga makan aku ni...heeee

Air Sabun..

Semalam family belah lelaki dtg untuk berbincang..unfortunately aku ada class plak dr 9am - 5pm..xpe la terpaksa rush la dr UTM to Subang nak menyempatkan pukul 8.30. Nasub juga la class abis on time so aku gerak dr UTM about 5.30pm and reached subang about 6.15 mcm tu.

Janji dgn mama nak beli buah, so pi la cari..hameekk kaau kedai buah tu cekik aku..anggur dua jenis dgn tembikai rega sampai 42 hengget..terhengget hengget gak aku nak membayornye..heheh...xpe la byr gak..


Pasal citer air sabun ni plak...time family berkumpul, aku sibuk kt dapur..semua makanan n minuman dh idang..aku pun nak cedok nasi utk aku la..n nak minum air juga la..aku pi la amik cawan kt tmpt seperti mana mama letak..time amik cawan tu dh perasan dh ada benda pink kt dlm cawan..aku dok pikir.."ouh ni air sabrina td kot" baik punya aku tuang air oren pastu trus hirup...pastu apa lagi muntah laaa...aiseh..rupanya yg pink tu sabun...mesti keje adik aku ni...main masak2 la tu...nasib x sakit perut..tp pening kepala aku dua hari..

isnin plak start keje...biasa la pagi2 bfast nak buat air..pi la pantri basuh cawan..slalunya aku mmg suka sabun cawan aku dgn air panas..kunun nak bunuh kuman la...basuh2..trus buat air nescafe..mmm bau sodap..sampai duduk kt tmpt aku, aku pun hirup..bau sabun...rsa nescafe..dlm hati "ouh ni bau je kot, rsa xde pun rsa sabun...ok la kot"...baik punya minum sampai half...

Pada pukul 5 ptg..jeng jeng..ini adalah kali ketiqa aku pi toilet....apahal la aku pi minum air sabun ni...
gilo ko po??adeh..sakit dow!!Mcm mcm hal aku ni..time discussion family la...kt opis la...haish..pengajaran..JGN MINUM AIR SABUN..huhuhuhu

Bling-bling shoes

An interesting topic to share wit u girls..a redesign shoes.. whether to make it glitter, bling2 like a swarovski crystal or a mirror shoes (looks like a cinderella shoes). I was thiniking about the design of my kasut nikah..first, I've found out that there's a shoes outlet that make custom made shoes..a pair of shoes will cost you about 150..it's quite affordable rite..try and google Gavy dekat maju junction...i dont know whether diorang masih leh buat ke x..because the post yg i baca tu tahun 2010 punye..hik hik...

Nvm, there's other way to make your own kasut ikut taste kite sendiri..iaitu by redesign it...what u need is :

1) A pair of shoes
2)Mod podge - satin gloss/gloss lustre
3) Glitter - your preferred colour
4)Sponge brush
5)Aluminium covered bowl
6) finishing spray - crystal clear spray
7) sarung tangan latax (mcm doktor punya tu..)




How to do it?

first mix up glitter with mod podge dlm bowl yg dh di cover dgn alluminium tu..gaulkan and make sure x cair or pekat sgt..then pakai sponge brush tu utk sapu kt kasut..buat satu layer je dulu..and leave it overnight..next day sapu lagi satu layer and leave until the glitter dry..sapu dgn rapi..so semua tmpt kena sapu .lastly lepas dh kering second layer tu, then spray dgn finishing spray tu..and walaa sudah jadi laa..
